As much as I love rich hues and bold tones, there is something so satisfying about a totally neutral space made interesting by plays on texture—and I am completely inspired this season by Mirador’s new look. Following a four-year hiatus, Mirador—Forty Five Ten’s beloved rooftop restaurant—reopened late last year with new offerings (like afternoon tea service) and an upscale renovation, courtesy of Dallas design firm SWOON, the Studio. The menu features many of our old favorites (hello farro bowl!) with a few exciting additions. And if the food isn’t enough to make you drool, the effortlessly cool interiors will do the trick.
