Eve Hill-Agnus was D Magazine’s dining critic from 2014-2021. She has roots in France and California and during her time at D wrote in depth about Japanese, Italian, Korean, and Italian food in Dallas, the Filipino pop-up movement, art and dance in addition to restaurant reviews. She also enjoyed writing profiles of chefs and tackling other subjects in the food industry. Her writing earned the magazine several nods from the City and Regional Magazine Association and other award-granting entities. She left the magazine to live and work in Paris.
