D CEO welcomed over 300 attendees on Tuesday, September 17 for its sixth annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Symposium. The event was held at the Frontiers of Flight Museum and brought together the organizations and leaders working to make workplaces more inclusive and equitable.
The half-day event, The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Driving Innovation, featured dynamic panel discussions and personal keynotes aimed at providing both emerging and seasoned leaders with strategies to foster inclusion and drive innovation. Topics covered included the intersection of psychological safety and inclusion, AI ethics, and future strategies. The event opened with a keynote by Anne Chow, offering leadership insights, and concluded with a fireside chat between Hattie Hill and Gillea Allison on leadership and resilience.
