Jerry Abrahams, President and CEO
Jerry Abrahams has been appointed as the next president and CEO of Legacy Capital, the sister company of Legacy Bank and Trust. Abrahams comes over from the latter after spending the last year as the head of corporate strategy, accumulating over three decades of experience in the financial industry. He also previously served as the CEO of ORIX Commercial Mortgage Servicing. He will now be tasked with overseeing Legacy Capital’s operations in financing.

Michael Hollerich, Managing Director
Global consulting firm Berkeley Research Group will see Michael Hollerich join the Dallas office as a managing director in its financial institution advisory practice. Hollerich will bring his 25 years of experience in corporate governance, anti-money laundering, fraud detection, BaaS, and mergers and acquisitions to the table. He most notably served as the chief compliance officer for Ocwen Financial Corporation as well as VP and group director, general compliance for HSBC until 2013.

Haynes and Boone
Victor Vital, Global Chair
Haynes and Boone has hired Victor Vital to serve as the global chair of the firm’s trials practice group, serving domestically and globally in London and Mexico City. Vital previously served as a partner for the firm for six years until 2007 prior to his most recent role as a managing partner for Barnes & Thornburg.

Stephen Huschka, Shareholder
Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr has brought on Stephen Huschka as a shareholder in the firm’s litigation practice. Huschka previously worked for Kessler Collins for five years, serving the last three as a shareholder following his stint as an associate. He served in the same capacity with also Cantey Hanger prior to Kessler Collins for four years.

Tim Laczkowski, Managing Director and Fund Manger
Texas Capital recently appointed Tim Laczkowski as managing director and fund manager. He will be tasked with overseeing the firm’s new direct lending business, aiming to provide non-bank private capital middle market companies between $10 million to $30 million in EBITDA. Laczkowski has more than 20 years of debt and equity investing experience. He previously served as founder and partner of equity firm Altacrest Capital for the past seven years.

Timothy Lister, Vice President
Revere Capital recently hired Timothy Lister as VP of specialty finance. Lister has more than eight years of experience as a finance associate, specializing in credit, risk management, and underwriting. He most recently served as a client business associate for PrimaLend Capital Partners for the last two years.

Tiffany Rippa Culwell, Vice President of Asset Management
Revere Capital has also appointed Tiffany Rippa Culwell as VP of asset management. She previously served as senior associate of asset management for ACORE Capital for the past six years. She worked as a development analyst for Trammell Crow Residential for five years prior to her role with ACORE Capital.

Zane Busbee, Co-Managing Principal
Global landscaping architecture firm SWA Dallas has appointed Zane Busbee to the role of co-managing principal. He previously worked for SWA as an associate principal landscape architect for nine years. Busbee most recently worked for STUDIO tla as a principal landscape architect for the past four years.
